December is a month of reflection and decision, where the past and the future meet like brushstrokes on a canvas – the end of the calendar year, cresting onto the new.

Ever since I was a youth member in the Church, caroling has become part of my Christmas season routine.  I learned how to play the guitar because of my eagerness to be part of this ministry.

As a child, the gifts I’d receive made Christmas merry. I particularly remember the one gift I never failed to receive year after year after year.
